The on-going conflict between Hamnarbetarförbundet and Sveriges Hamnar is extended with more strikes and lockouts. TST's situation maintain unaltered

New planned strikes and lockouts

On January 27th the Swedish Hamnarbetarförbundet announced further strikes and planned lockouts in certain Swedish ports. The strikes are planned for Halmstad on February 6th, between 6.00 and 8.00, and Mönsterås from 13.00 to 15.30 on that same day. The strikes are an implication of unsolved conflicts on union agreements.

The worker's association Sveriges Hamnar also communicated further actions in the situation. They intend on having a lockout in the port of Halmstad on February 6th between 6.00 and 23.59, and the port in Mönsterås between 13.00 and 23.59 on the same day.

The situation is still not affecting the ports in Västerås, Köping, Södertälje or Oxelösund, leaving Thor Shipping & Transport's work unharmed as of now. The page is updated whenever new information is received.
